Very pleased with our room. Overall the hotel seemed very clean. The manager was super nice.

People are nice and liked being able park while on cruise but room smelled like mildew.

everything seemed to be refurbished and redone stayed at this property over 30 times when it was the jacksonville suites and the new gray and purple colors and lobby very nice

Booked this place so we could park our car for the week. Room was small but very nice. The bathroom was so clean and we had everything we needed. The pillows were a little squishy but we were there just for one night before we flew out for vacation. Shuttle service was fast and staff very polite.

Hurricane prevented my arrival. Not able to get thru to parksleephotels to cancel. When electricity came on called hotel directly they told me basically that they could care less

I've stayed here several times, and it's my choice for this area. I spent a night, prior to flying out of JIA. I had a very comfortable room, slept well, wifi worked great. Had a microwave and coffee maker, which I love having the coffee maker for morning coffee. The continental breakfast was the normal--had some fresh bananas available, which I enjoy. Plenty of good coffee! The shuttle to the airport was very timely, both going to JIA and when I returned from my trip. I will definitely stay here again!
