The customer service rep was outstanding - extremely helpful, making sure I understood all of the potential “glitches”, how to avoid them, and how to manage them if I didn’t avoid them. Would rate 6 stars if possible!!

Janine, your customer service rep, is great! She immediately picked up the phone (I called twice), and she stayed on the line with me to make sure my issue was resolved. I cannot comment on the room or shuttle service yet. Hoping it will be as pleasant as my experience with Janine.
