Sonesta Select Seattle Renton Suites RENTON

Disappointing. When we arrived, we were told the shuttle had just left for downtown Seattle; at least 1/2 hr to get back so had to take $39 Uber to the airport. After our trip, at 0450, water was leaking from the ceiling. Reported it to the front desk who offered to move us, but at essentially 5 in the morning, there was no point, so packed up and checked out. The room is nice, but does lack adequate lighting.

I was happy that my one-night stay included 14 days of parking, which was the length of my business trip. Shuttle worked great as did the parking as did the hotel stay at the end of the trip. The room was excellent. Highly recommended for this, and I'd use the service again.

I liked the room amenities. My wife enjoyed the decaf coffee in the room. However, she was disappointed that it wasn't an option at breakfast. We thought the breakfast was well supplied with a variety of hot food selections.

Spacious clean room had a microwave & mini refrigerator. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast area served near lobby. Quick check in & out. Free shuttle to airport. Reasonable priced parking for 10 days, which I greatly appreciated!!!

A coworker and I arrived late Monday night. The front counter staff was very kind with checking us in and arranging a shuttle for the morning. Shuttle to pick us up from the airport was very fast to arrive as well. Love the set up of the rooms and comfortable.

The room was great. The internet worked well and I was able to participate in a work zoom. I opted for a stay and park and my car was safe while traveling. Around 11 pm someone knocked, but I assumed it was on a nearby door until someone let themselves in. I had used the security latch so they did not get all the way in, but it awoke me and was quite unsettling. While checking out in the morning I was told they had checked me in under the wrong name and needed to charge my card. I explained what had happened the night prior and got not explanation or apology beyond telling me they checked me in under the wrong room.
