Very pleased with our stay. Check-in was smooth and effortless. From the moment we entered each staff we met were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and suited our needs completely. While the current pandemic has affected most food businesses nearby, the availability of Champions Bar downstairs was great. The staff were outgoing and attentive. The food was delicious and filling. The parking availability for our extended out of town trip also earned this location high ratings.
Hotel was very nice, and quiet. Young lady at the front desk was very polite. I really like doing the park,sleep, and fly at the beginning of my trip. Shuttle service to the Nashville airport was very efficient going both ways. The shuttle driver made sure to tell us of the new pick up location at the airport. After we arrived from our flight we called the hotel for pickup and they were immediately. There is a Waffle House very close to the hotel so that was nice. Parking lot was well lit. They do serve breakfast if your flight is later. I would stay at Comfort Inn again.
The room was amazing! However, the airport pick-up and drop off were the best!!
Very Friendly and helpful front desk! Shuttle was quick and easy and can right away when we called from Airport! Driver took us right to our car and was very helpful! Will be really nice when they finish updates!
Overall a very nice stay. I was disappointed to learn my room had been downgraded upon arrival, but the staff quickly worked to remedy the situation. Tina gave great customer service and was personable and friendly on our ride to the airport.
The staff during went out of their way to make our stay very memorable. I am sure my wife and I will stay there many more times.
