We only stayed for one night before our flight out of CVG on the morning. The hotel room was very nice and recently updated. The room was very clean. They had a decent complimentary breakfast with many options. The shuttle service was on time taking us to the airport and the location was close and convenient.
Generous bed, fridge en-suite. quiet neighbors. Prompt pick and drop off at airport. Only issue is there is a restaurant on-site and no “free breakfast” like advertised on ParkSleepHotels.com

Stayed 1 night and parked for 7. Very friendly and accommodating staff -desk, breakfast area and van drivers were all exceptional. Breakfast was served earlier than advertised which was a plus for us since we had an early flight. Wait for transportation to and from airport only 15-20 minutes. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Free newspaper was appreciated. This was our second stay and we will be back.
The staff when we checked in was friendly and helpful but not very able about the stay & patk. We were misinformed about our shuttle to the airport. The morning staff was wonderful in getting it straightened out. Not sure yet if we will have a ride from the airport back to our car.
We stayed only to sleep before a flight but we were so pleased with the hotel! Great location since we have had nightmares trying to get a shuttle at other resorts for early flights
Great service to and from the airport. Friendly and helpful staff.
The place is neat, clean & well kept. Due to severe winter storms the parking lot was jammed with cars waiting to be picked up when delayed flights got in. The manager went out with me to find a place to park my pickup, and directed me in backing into a very tight spot. He was extremely courteous and helpful, despite things being very frustrating that night.
My stay was great
All the employees were helpful. Not a bad one. Room was very clean. Only the carpet felt a little damp. Maybe some kind of cleaning agent they sprayed on it. The hotel was very pretty, wish It was a little less expensive.
