I've stayed here several times, and it's my choice for this area. I spent a night, prior to flying out of JIA. I had a very comfortable room, slept well, wifi worked great. Had a microwave and coffee maker, which I love having the coffee maker for morning coffee. The continental breakfast was the normal--had some fresh bananas available, which I enjoy. Plenty of good coffee! The shuttle to the airport was very timely, both going to JIA and when I returned from my trip. I will definitely stay here again!
The Comfort Suites Airport was a great deal because I was able to park my vehicle there and score a shuttle to the airport. Clean comfortable rooms,friendly and helpful staff.
The people at this hotel are unbelievable! We got a pkg deal of overnight, plus leave our car for 14 days. They had a gift basket ready for us when we walked in. It was so fun, candy, popcorn, waters. When we came back to pick up car they invited us in, we said we're good, and she says, we got great bathrooms down the hall, do you need to use them before you go. What? Who has every offered this to you while traveling??? I just wanted to hug her.
The room was clean, food at bar was good. Waitress was wonderful. Lady at check in was unfriendly and when I called for extra pillows they said they did not have any. The entire place smelled like weed, Smokey hall ways and even the room smelled of weed. We have stayed here multiple times before flights out of O\'Hare, not sure if we will be back, just don\'t care for the smell in the hotel it self.
I prefer Springhill suites Fairfield was just a basic room but gave it a try to check it out.
I stayed at this hotel many years ago when it first opened and the retro modern design was new to hotels. While the property was clean, I think they need to do some small maintenance things like seal the shower door and caulk so that was a little disappointing but the staff were great and room comfortable. The entertainment at happy hour was great though drinks a little on the expensive side. This hotel is very convenient for flights and has an updated flight schedule screen in lobby. We also loved the idea of parking our car at the hotel while we were gone for 7 days. Many restaurants and shopping very close by. We just walked next door to Carrabbas! We were just there May 25, 2017 but this site does not allow a choice past March 2017 for some reason.
The only thing that hurt was that the coffee at the lobby actually cost but the room coffee was drinkable.
The staff was very friendly and the room was beautiful. Very clean.

Used shuttle, shuttle bus needs good scrubbing inside. Made our clothes stink. Smiling face would have been nice !!!
